SALES CONSULTANT

Superior Nissan is seeking a self-starting, motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers. This position offers a great career and earning potential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver a customer-focused, and transparent sales process.
Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per customer surveys and external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving customer problems and complaints.
Achieve retailer goals by training, motivating, and coaching.
Learn and maintain solid product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and manufacturer-specific rebate, finance, and incentive programs.
Better serve customers by fostering a cooperative team approach with other managers, employees, and departments.
Answer customer service phone calls
Work in strict compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC)
Be an active self-promoter on all social media avenues. (Facebook, Instagram, twitter)
Perform other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Highschool Diploma required.
Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
Automotive Sales Experience preferred but not mandatory.
Valid OMVIC Certification will be required – (dealer can assist is required)
Valid ‘G’ Class Ontario Driver’s License
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills
